Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP 90) (HRP)

Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution: |Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates HSP90 from 500ug of 3T3 RIPA lysate.|Immunoblot Analysis: 0.5–2ug/ml detects HSP90 in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 fibroblast and human A431 cells. Immunoblot Analysis 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-mouse HSP 90 (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.||Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Included Positive Antigen Control: 3T3 cell lysate. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/ 100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels. ||Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
