Description

Leucomalachite green is chemical used in forensics for the detection of blood. When mixed with water and sodium perborate, it will turn blue-green in the presence of blood. Leucomalachite green, a metabolite of malachite green, is an effective drug against ichthyophthirius in freshwater fish.

Each vial contains 0.1 ml IgG (7-12 mg/ml) in 20mM phosphate, 150mM NaCl buffer, pH7.2 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by caprylic acid and ammonium sulfate precipitation.
