Applications
Preparation:|Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.||Quality Control:|1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot.|2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.||Storage and Stability:|For extended storage, keep frozen at -80°C in working aliquots. For continuous use, stored at 2-8°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.||Important Note: This product is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
Form
Supplied as a frozen liquid in HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, sucrose, glycerol, sodium deoxycholate, NP-40 and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
