Anti-iNOS Antibody (OAAI00215)

Datasheets/ManualsPrintable datasheet for Anti-iNOS Antibody (OAAI00215)
Product Info
Predicted Species ReactivityHuman|Mouse|Rat
Product FormatLiquid. This affinity purified antibody is supplied in sterile Phosphatebuffered saline (pH7.2) containing antibody stabilizer
ClonalityPolyclonal
IsotypeRabbit IgG
HostRabbit
ApplicationELISA, FC, IHC, IP, WB
Additional InformationBackground: NOS oxidizes a guanidine nitrogen of arginine releasing nitric oxide in the form of a free radical and citrulline. Notric oxide thus generated acts as a messenger in diverse functions including vasodilation neurotransmission, anti-tumor and anti-pathogenic activities. Inducible NOS (iNOS) or macrophage NOS (mNOS) is a calcium/calmodulin independent and is expressed in activated macrophages and stimulated glial cells.
::Positive Control: Lung Tissue
::Cellular Location: Cytoplasmic
Reconstitution and StorageThe antibodies are stable for 24 months from date of receipt when stored at -20C to -70C. The antibodies can be stored at 2C-8C for three month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freezing-thawing cycles.
ImmunogenA synthetic peptide derived from C-term of iNOS protein
PurificationAffinity Purified
Concentration100ug/200ul
SpecificityNOS2
