Biological Activity
Recombinant Rat M-CSF Protein is a powerful hematopoietic factor produced by lymphocytes, monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, myoblasts and osteoblasts. Recombinant Rat M-CSF Protein plays an important role in regulating dermal thickness and fertility. M-CSF promotes the recovery of hematopoietic function after bone marrow transplantation.
Stimulates the proliferation of mouse M-NFS-60 cells in a dose-dependent manner expected ED50 is ≤5.0 ng/ml, corresponding to the specific activity ≥2×105 IU/mg.
Expression host is Human HEK293 cells
