Monoclonal Anti-CD9 biotin conjugated
Description | Anti-CD9 recognizes an human 24-kilodalton (kd) single-chain cell-surface glycoprotein (p24) belonging to the tetraspanin family. The CD9 antigen has a very broad tissue distribution. CD9 is also abundant in exosomes membranes. HBM provides two new monoclonal antibodies anti-CD9, unconjugated or biotin conjugated, able to recognize the antigen with high efficiency in ELISA, WB and flow cytometry applications in both cell lines and exosomes. |
