-20°CCD32 is a 40kD glycoprotein that acts as a low affinity receptor for IgG (also known as Fc gamma RII). The antigen mediates several functions including endocytosis, activation of secretion, cytotoxicity and immunomodulation. CD32 is expressed by B cells, monocytes, granulocytes and platelets.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Functional assays. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 20ug/ml. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. |Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:500-1:1000|Immunoprecipitation: 20ug/ml|Functional assays: Sodium azide needs to be removed prior to assay.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Positive Control for Immunohistochemistry:|Lymph node||Hybridoma:|Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.||Recommended Negative Control:|I1904-79G: IgG1, Mouse, Negative Control||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. |For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
