CD62P is expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells, and plays an important role in adhesive processes between leukocytes and endothelial cells.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. ||Recommended Dilutions: |Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.||Hybridoma:|Spleen cells from immunized CD62P knock-out mice (strain C57/B6) were fused with cells of the NS-1 myeloma cell line.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
