    This antibody was tested for specificity using double- immunodiffusion in agarose gels and ELISA analysis. In the latter, a 1:70,000 dilution gave an O.D. of 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction using tetramethylbenzidine as substrate.

    The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

    Storage Buffer

    In 50mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 0.1M NaCl, (0.2% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal).

    Storage Instruction

    Store at 4°C and avoid from light. For long term storage, dilute the antibody with sterile glycerol and store it at -20°C.
    Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
