Disease:
Neuroblastoma Derived from metastatic bone marrow Homo sapiens Brain Epithelial Adherent+suspension Female, 4 yrs of age Ham's F12:AddexBio-formulated EMEM (C0005-01) (1:1) + 15% FBS 1:10 to 1:100 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, 5% CO2; 37°C Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO I SH-Sy5y cell line is a thrice-cloned sub-line of bone marrow biopsy-derived SK-N-SH. SH-Sy5y has a dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity and can convert glutamate to GABA. Will form tumors in nude mice in approximately 3-4 weeks.
