Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. ||Applications:|Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot , Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction, and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications have not been tested.||Preparation|Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.||Quality Control:|1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot. |2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.||Storage and Stability:|For extended storage, keep frozen at -70°C in working aliquots. For continuous use, store at 4°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.||Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
