Astrocyte Cafe is monthly seminar series organized by Dr. Nilhan Gunhanlar and Dr. Carmen Falcone, two enthusiastic scientists, excited about astrocyte research. The aim of these meetings is to share projects and discuss about potential outcomes and troubleshooting, and it supports Open Science and networking. They welcome people from all career stages and are a growing community of over 900 scientists.
We are thrilled to have you Astrocyte Cafe seminar, in Trieste, Italy, 10th to 12th July 2024. The first in-person Astrocyte Cafe event, a 3-days conference, focused on astrocyte research. The conference will include oral and poster presentations, keynote lectures, a “Meet the expert” roundtable, informal discussions, mentoring opportunities, and sponsors’ exhibits.
The community is open to researchers at any career stage involved in astrocyte research (or curious about it!). We particularly encourage early career researchers and members of underrepresented minorities to join us!
This is an open invitation to enthusiasts from neuroscience, cell biology, disease modeling, and bio/neuroengineering to share insights and foster advancements in astrocyte research.
